I do not teach the skill of interior design in this program - it is solely the "business side" of running an interior design business.

Will this work for me if I struggle with sales?
Absolutely. I'll teach you the sales process that I go through with each of my clients from soup to nuts - no sleazy sales strategies required! I'll show you how to create a quote, how to communicate each line item with your clients, and how to handle your contracts and any client objections. You'll be feeling confident and secure every time you hop on a call with a potential client! If you've struggled with sales, it's probably because you haven't felt secure about your pricing, how to "defend" your fees with a client, and how to run a project successfully. These are all things you learn inside the program.
I'm already pretty good at the business of interior design. Is this program just for beginners?
The Interior Design Business Bakery is for any interior designer who wants to charger bigger design fees, get better clients, and run awesome-er projects with more ease and higher margins - so they can work less and make more money. I'm uncomfortable with putting myself out on social media. Will I be required to post about myself?
Many of my interior designer clients did not grow up with a selfie stick in their hands. I understand that marketing yourself may not feel natural or even comfortable - but it is a critical component of marketing in this social era. My digital media expert and I will show you how to do it in a way you love, which may include featuring your work more than you feature your face - and that's ok. Perfection is perception. Don't be so hard on yourself!
How much time will it take to get through the program?
The program is self-paced so you can go at your own speed. I would suggest doing at least 1 -3 hours a week to really get the most of all of the information. There is an app you can download to listen to the recordings at your leisure (skip the murder-mystery podcasts and listen to the master coaches!). The sooner you implement the methods, the faster you'll grow!
