I’m Michelle Lynne, an award-winning interior designer, business strategist, and multi-brand founder on a mission to bring strategy, structure, and sanity to the creative side of business.

As the founder of ML Interiors Group, a nationally recognized, 7-figure design firm based in Dallas, I’ve spent years helping homeowners create spaces that feel as good as they look. Along the way, I also built The Design Bakehouse, a coaching company that teaches interior designers how to grow profitable, process-driven businesses, and Studio Works, a coworking and event space designed specifically for the creative community. I’m also the co-founder of Sidemark, a sales and marketing platform made for interior designers who want their systems to run as beautifully as their projects.

With more than three decades of leadership and business experience, I’ve been featured in Forbes, Southern Living, Martha Stewart, and Modern Luxury, and named one of MSN’s 2025 “Top 5 Interior Geniuses You Should Know.” I also host the top-rated podcast Designed for the Creative Mind, where I share the stories and strategies behind building a thriving design business.
